About us
It all began with conversations, shared ideas, and a desire to bring change to aesthetic medicine. Today, Aesthy is a space we create out of passion for education, collaboration, and growth – both professional and personal.
I don’t follow trends – I critically evaluate popular techniques and products, choosing only what truly works. My work is based on a long-term approach: a patient’s treatment plan is not just one procedure, but a process that includes lifestyle changes, mental well-being, and physical activity. Continuous growth, learning, and sharing knowledge are the foundation of my work.

I graduated from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice. During my postgraduate internship in Łódź, I earned a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine, Nutrition and Anti-Ageing from the AMIR Academy in Madrid. From the very beginning of my career, I have been developing in the field of aesthetic medicine. I have participated in numerous courses and congresses and have also been a speaker at the Warsaw Dental Medica Show.
WHAT I DO
I am currently a lecturer and coordinator of postgraduate studies in aesthetic medicine at AMIR – teaching young doctors not only techniques, but also how to think critically. I believe that aesthetic medicine is a legitimate, interdisciplinary branch of medicine – not just an addition to traditional clinical practice. I am a co-founder of the educational platform Aesthy – a project created out of the need to build a professional and supportive environment for doctors.
MY CERTIFICATES
The essence of my work is to enhance the natural beauty and health of my patients, with safety always being the top priority for every doctor. My scientific contribution in this field was recognized at the world’s largest aesthetic medicine congress – IMCAS in Paris – where I spoke as a lecturer in 2024. Through my work, I aim to support the growth of aesthetic medicine in Poland and deeply believe in the idea of mutual support within the medical community. This belief led to the creation of the educational platform Aesthy, which I co-founded with Dr. Agata Lis.
Dr. Karolina Radka

I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Łódź and completed my postgraduate internship in Wrocław. I then began my specialization at the Lower Silesian Oncology, Pulmonology and Hematology Center as a resident doctor in the field of pathology. This invaluable experience allowed me to work daily with human tissues – learning them from the inside out, both macroscopically and microscopically. At the same time, I developed my expertise in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, which I now devote myself to entirely, running two private clinics – in Wrocław and Bolesławiec.
WHAT I DO
Teaching and sharing knowledge has always been my additional passion, which is why I also worked as a university lecturer teaching subjects such as anatomy, pathology, and pharmacology. I currently conduct training courses for doctors in aesthetic medicine, teaching techniques for tissue stimulators, fillers, ultrasound-assisted injection procedures, and complication management in aesthetic treatments. This passion was recognized by Professor Alessandro Gennai – the creator of the SEFFI technique – who, in 2024, invited me to join the group of international trainers for Seffiline.
